I'm bored and it's almost Christmas. So...here are a few things I'd like for Christmas...just in case anyone was wondering, heh.

*This art easel
*My So Called Life Complete Series DVD!
*Adult Footy Pajamas...hahahahaha (I just saw these today. They are hilarious and I need them.)

...and also one of these.

Hmmm...that's all I can think of right now!

P.S. Erik wants this...

Soooo...I just got back from Vegas yesterday at 6AM...and I had to work at 8:30AM. Blah. We tried to come back on Sunday afternoon, but it took us forever to get to the state line and it was an estimated 8-12 hours to get back to California (it normally takes 3 hours from there). We decided to get a room, hang out, get some (2-3 hours) sleep and then leave at 3AM. I am surprised that my brain was functional at work yesterday. But...it was all worth it. We went to The Gun Store where I got to shoot a machine gun (not nearly as scary as shooting a handgun) and then we checked in here. The room was awesome. The Venetian is beautiful. We had a great dinner (the best Salmon at the Grand Luxe Cafe) and then walked down the strip to Circus Circus where I actually won some money! We took the monorail back and hung out in the room for the rest of the night. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was perfect. At first I thought it might be a waste of money, but the food/service was well worth it. After that, I went down to the Guggenheim Collection and more than enjoyed seeing the Chagall and Van Gogh they had. We gambled a little bit more and then headed home (or so we thought). Everything was perfect except for the delayed drive home. I might post some pictures later. Right now, I have to go home.

Happy (late) Thanksgiving. I spent mine with Erik and his family. I had to meet quite a few new people, but it wasn't so bad. We went out for dinner tonight with Erik's mom, uncle and sister. I have to get to bed soon. I've got to be up early to have breakfast with Erik, my dad and my sister (since I didn't see them for Thanksgiving) and then Erik and I are off to Las Vegas for the night. We're going to stay at the Venetian and visit The Gun Store so Erik can shoot a machine gun again (as a late birthday present). It's also for our one year anniversary which happened on the 18th. Things are going well, but I am bored out of my mind (with life, not Erik). I am crocheting myself a scarf right now. It's not my art, but I'm making something...it makes me feel a little better, at least.

A lot of drama has been going on at work because of that post I made to the CEO. I think it's hilarious. All of the employees are on my side, especially after the CS director's assistant (crazy mega-bible pusher) attacked me on the forum. I basically just got to sit back and watch them give her shit because she was so rude. It was amusing and it really made her look like an asshole. I am extremely bored with this job. I want to do something productive...something that actually matters. Erik hates it even more than I do. We cannot wait to get out of there. Just about three more months...

I need to focus on cleaning out my storage. I am basically going to throw away/give away everything I own so I can just start new. I have so much junk. Bleh.

Also...My PMS would like to thank Golden Spoon.

I happily sent the following email to the CEO of our company today...

Hello,

I was just wondering why the new Gale warehouse was rented to solve parking issues when we have much larger issues here at the Customer Service warehouse? It is a health hazzard for us to be working in an environment infested with rats and rat droppings. People could get seriously ill (resulting in lawsuits). N***** would not be what it is without the outstanding customer service we provide. I don't feel that we are being treated like the great company asset that we are. It is my opinion that our priorities are a bit twisted.

Please visit this link on health problems that may be caused by rat droppings, etc. http://www.cdc.gov/rodents/diseases/direct_rodents.htm

Here is also a link to OSHA if anyone is extremely offended by the rat situation and would like to file a complaint.

(I seriously hate this place. Just a few more months and I'll be about 3,000 miles away. Thank god.)

As soon as some money gets transfered over to Paypal, I will be the proud owner of this print by the lovely Emily of the Black Apple. I am excited because I never buy work from other artists, but...I just can't help it this time.

Well, it's been a while...so I suppose I'll fill you in. Leona is here for a few weeks so, after a BBQ at Erik's house yesterday, we went down to Hollywood and the Santa Monica Pier/3rd Street Promenade for some thrift store shopping. Today, I got my hair cut (finally) and Erik will be here soon to hang out. I didn't get much done this weekend, but I don't really mind. Also...Erik bought me this...

I was just thinking about how not shitty my life is. Here are just a few things I am happy about from the past year or so...

1) Erik (it will be a year next week)
2) Morrissey (I finally got to see him in concert...TWICE!)
3) Finally becoming (somewhat) financially and emotionally stable.
4) I've been to some great concerts:
*Morrissey
*The Dresden Dolls
*Regina Spektor
*Ours (Jimmy Gnecco)
5) Breaking bad habits.

Erik is almost here and I think we need to do some shopping...more later.
